Booking date: ** Dec **** (trip for holiday)
i did one holiday package booking from mmt booking id: nl*************. i opted to pay the amount using emi on credit card. i paid the amount, but the amount rs ******/- didnt get converted into emi. when checked with my bank, they said they didnt get any request to convert this amount into emi.
makemytrip customer support is really pathetic, i called *** times and not getting any resolution for this issue. i am bound bo pay full amount in single go, which is really tough to manage.
also i am getting false commitment from mmt that i will get a callback from resolution team, but didnt get any call back from last * days even after *** times calls.
mmt has lost his trust, i am not going to do any booking from mmt also i will not recommend any one for mmt.
if possible please help me out of this issue.
