CESC Limited. - Electricity bill too high

The bill for the monrh of May **** has been received with an amount of INR **** which is unimagineably higher in comparision to bills received since the day of my connection. There has been a hike of ***% in the bill when compared to the bill of the previous month of April**** which was INR ***. How come there can be such a large hike in bill amount when the same electrical appliances are running in a * bhk flat..i am astonished by the fact that running * LED bulbs during night * fans out of which just a single fan runs * window a/c and a refrigerator can owe me *** units in a single month which is also way too high than any commercial usage..the company has failed miserably to satisfy the consumers during the amphan cyclone but they are predominantly way too ahead in looting the general public with such high amount of bills.
