Our area does not electricity for past ** hrs.
I understand that most of the places are still reeling the aftermaths of the cyclone, however, in few places the officials have continuously denied to visit the locality to fix the electricity lines which got disrupted due to the felling of trees.
The residents of our locality came together and without waiting for the PWD removed the fallen trees after which we have been continuously approaching the CESC Regional Office but the officials have refused to help.
In the wake of this pandemic and now this calamity we are all trying to stand by each other and help to the best of our capabilities and we hope the CESC officials also co-operate with us during such times just like we have been co-operating with them.
I would sincerely urge you to please look into this issue for early redressal of our grievance.
