CESC Limited. - Arbitrary Electricity bill from CESC

Anandarup Majumdar filed complaint against CESC Limited. on Jan 8, 2021

Received a bill of ****/- on one of home meters for month of November **** on January ** ****.

The previous reading on the bill is blank and hence the unit consumed mentioned on the bill does not have any basis. No one came to check the meter manually.

During the month of June-Sep we have paid bill on an average of ****/- INR per month, as CESC has send an arbitrary random bill as no one came to record meter reading during this time.

Why during the month of Oct-Nov no one came to check the reading? And why we are being slapped with arbitrary bill again which cannot be explained as there is no previous reading?
