Shibendra Kumar Roy filed complaint against Airtel on Sep 20, 2020
On **th Sept '**, I have initiated my electricity bill payment through Airtel Thank App. I have made the payment through my debit card. The transaction was initiated but it eventually failed. The amount was deducted from my account and it is yet to credit back. There is no clearly available option in Thanks App to raise a ticket for the same.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
