Swiggy instamart - Eggs injected with health hazardous items were delivered

Ordered eggs from Swiggy Instamart on *th April'**. They delivered eggs from (Hen Fruit Farm) and upon checking these eggs seems to be injected with health hazardous items I am attaching the photos of the egg for your reference. My question to Swiggy team during my chat was to know what actions they will take to eradicate such instances happen in future and what kind of checks they do before putting such items in the shelf to sell. The customer executives want to refund the money only but not ready to answer to my concern at all. This is a serious issue for the health of people and the vendor needs to go through legal action and Swiggy instamart also have to go through this as they supported the vendor.
