On ** June ****, I have ordered french toast in Jabalpur using Zomato app. The app was showing french toast as ***% veg marked with greens symbol on app. However, after receiving & having a small bite of the same. We realised that it is made up of eggs and I have raised the issue with Zomato chat agent who in turn has connected me with the restaurant and then restaurant guy told me that it's my fault and I should know beforehand what french toast is made up.
After that, I had reported the incident to Zomato via email. I have received a ticket stating that they will respond within **-** hrs but no reply was received. I have again written an email to Zomato raising a grievance about their unprofessional behaviour but again no response is received till now. Further, they have smartly changed the food icon from green (veg) to yellow (contains egg) which in turn clarifies that they have received my grievance but they just chose not to respond.
Moreover, I and my friends are *** per cent pure veg guys and due to religious reasons we are practising the same since our childhood and because of sheer negligence on Zomato part that practice got broken which is not acceptable at all.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
