ebay india - ebay india: didn't gave me a full reshipped amount

i had purchased a micro sd card from ebay which are not as per description. i got a used product so i claim a moeny back guarantee at dt-**-*-**. then after ebay called me to reship product to seller's city jaipur and gave a promise that ebay will pay me shipment fees [***rs] i have to send a shipping details via email provided link so i sent a product to jaipur which are return due to wrong seller's address then after few days later ebay again called me to ship this product to ebay warehouse and again promise that this time ebay will pay shipping charges[***rs] for this time and previous one too [ Total ***rs ]. so i again shipped item and send all necessary doc via email- insellerverification@ebay.com after a that i have two choice to get shipping fees to retun one id demand draft and second is voucher so i went with demand draft and i make this choice clear as * time with different executive but last time i cant pick up ebay call and they convert my *** rs DD to voucher without my permission and more then ** days later i got my main product amount ***rs as original mode of payment. now they offering me voucher which are not good and worst thing is that they offering only * time voucher mean ***rs only not *nd time shipping charge. when i got *st time voucher confirmation via text msg (not email only text) that time i called back to ebay so they gave me a promise that he had all a remarks to my account to sanction my *nd time shipping charges voucher ( dt **-*-**) . now i today (dt**-*-**) i still not get my *nd voucher so i called ebay they said i have to send again all details because i claim are closed so they cant check my details. but after a * month ebay executive team experience all i get just manipulation from all ebay team.
actually i want dd not a voucher and i had clear this matter approx *-* times via telephonic conversation but last time i didn't pick call so they convert my ddto Voucher and now they offering only * voucher.

now they don't have my provided details that mean i have to start from first again.
