I had a booking for Indigo flight from BOM to TRV on ** June. I had also taken the EMT insurance. However the airlines cancelled the flight. Now EMT is not refunding the insurance amount + deducting ticket amount. Their customer support is also very pathetic and harsh.

Booking date: **-June

EMT insurance : **** extra
Please do the needful to get the full refund as airline had cancelled the flight
