I have booked a Indigo flight for my Senior Citizen father with Easemytrip from Bhubaneswar to Delhi ( PNR no. TMZYKT) for *th January, ****. Due to some reasons the flight was cancelled by Indigo and full amount was refunded by Indigo to easemytrip on **th November, ****. Till date I have not received any refund in my account. What intention does it indicate?
