I booked a hotel in Kolkata - The Sheldon International from **th May- **th May.
Checked in late night on **th May around *.** am and stayed the night.
The room provided to us was damped ..was smelling ..and the ac was leaking so much of water the entire night. On top of that there was no one at reception when we called or went to it for complaining ..the air conditioner wasn't even cooling ! And when we asked for the early check out they said we have to pay in full.we called agoda customer care but they couldn't resolve our issue and we had to pay the entire amount and leave
