i have check-in in hotel **-sep around *:** am & check-out **-sep around *:** am. oyo ***** hotel * sandz charged me extra Rs. *** for early check-in. but they provide me bill for room charge Rs. *** only. hotel manager told me that the total bill will be mailed to me. after that contact them * times & re-shared my whats app number, mail Id. later I tried to contact them but they did not pick up my call. till now i did not received total amount bill. this is very strange that they charged the customer but did not give actual amount bill.
@another things room ac not working, tv powered on but channel not coming, western style commode not clean after flush.
