Phone Pe Indias Payment App - e-kyc not working properly

I put **** rupees to wallet in phonepe. When i tried to withdraw tat amount to registered bank account it says to update kyc.when i try for that the phonepe app doesnot have that facility to do now. My **** rupees is now in their hand.
