DEEPAK filed complaint against Realme on Aug 3, 2022
The display of my phone was broken. I gave my phone to change folder in realme care. He told the charge of changing the folder Rs ****. When I went to pick up my phone after a week, when I checked my phone, when I looked at the display thickly, the inside of the display was showing signs of broken display. They started demanding payment from me. I said that you did not fix my phone, only you changed the glass of the display. Hearing this, he fell silent. Said sir that happened by mistake, now we will change its folder. That is, they were taking **** rupees from me without repairing the phone. If I didn't check my phone properly then realme customer care would drive such a customer crazy.
You are requested that the thing for which I am giving money, my only thing should be real.
