Dear sir,
My airtel prepaid sim is damage, network is gone on **/**/**** morning. . Now i purchased the Duplicate SIM from your Airtel Store J-***, Kiriti Nagar, Opp. Petrol Pump and as they told me that this would activate the within *-* hours, But for this thing more then ** hours have been gone, but my SIM is still not activated, i visit again to again but they told me that please wait the system is error. So u are requested kindly look the matter and activate my duplicate Sim.
