Jawa Bike - Duplicate services carried out

VIJAYKUMAR YADAV filed complaint against Jawa Bike on Aug 8, 2021

Had serviced my Jawa Perak bike in Thane Jawa workshop recently.
Activities such as servicing, oil change etc was carried out as per protocol.
After * weeks of use the bike started getting heated more than usual.
It was accordingly sent back yesterday for necessary repairs. My son who took the bike for repairs wrongly acknowledged that he will also need servicing.
Today when we went back to take the delivery we got a bill for Rs. ****/- including same service charges. On asking the representative that since the servicing was already carried out why did they repeat the service. Why they did not *st check in their system about the last services carried out. They argued that they do not have a process of checking.

This speaks about how unprofessional and unsystematic is the protocol followed at the Jawa workshop Thane.

The bike was sent for repairs and instead it was serviced. I submit my claim for refund of the servicing carried out without actually there being a need of it.
