Flipkart - Duplicate product company deny to refund

I ordered a Philips hp**** hair drier on **.**.** and received it on **.**.**.At the time of delivery the delivery boy opened the outer seal and take picture though mobile.But he donot open the inner seal.When I open the product for use inner seal was opened and company name was erased some places.Then I request for return.They request me to send me images of the product which I forward them but they rejected.Next time I
put return request again.Then they again request for images.I replied that I have already give u.Then they again reject to return and refund.
