Purchased one air-pods ( Apple AirPods Pro (*nd Generation) with MagSafe Case (USB-C) online from Amazon.in on *th August.****. Delivered through "Appario Retail Private Limited, Gurgaon" a duplicate device on *th August **** itself. Got the device checked from Apple Service Centre who confirms that the product is a non-apple one. Raised compliant to Amazon but refused to refund.
