I have order for https://www.jiomart.com/p/electronics/xeniks-digit-smart-watch-black-dial-black-strap-for-ios-android-xen-digit/*********
on **th Jan ****, but on *st feb **** I received dummy chain.
I did file for returns, but the courier guy says as it is not watch they can't take it back.. and when calling jio customer care, every time same message.. sir complaint is under process wait for ** hours.. already * such ** hours have gone, I see no clues of resolution from jIO.. so poor service from jio, wish they fix such bad and cheap behavior looting by sending fake items
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
