Mithun Nair filed complaint against Act Fibernet on Jul 20, 2018
I was out of town for * weeks (June -****) and had requested the customer service to temporarily deactivate the connection until I come back, but no action was taken.
Later I was asked to pay an amount of ***/- to avoid termination of the connection post which a ***/- bill was generated to activate the connection back. However, I was promised that the following month's (July -****) due amount will be waived off as the payment was done already.
Currently my internet connection has been deactivated and I'm being asked to pay my monthly subscription to re-activate the connection.
There is no response from the ACT Team even after multiple followups. The most annoying here is I'm getting calls repeatedly asking to pay the monthly subscription for which I have already paid.
Hence requesting you to take necessary action against this and help me with a resolution.
