My DTDC pre-paid order bearing consignment no. U********, has been refused to be delivered at the delivery location. I was asked to come pick up the courier myself from a location the delivery personnel gave. The delivery personnel asked for *** rupees more to deliver it. I am a female student and this whole procedure has been a great inconvenience for me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
