am writing to complaint about the recent string of poor bus service. Today we booked a bus ticket for my mother Hyderabad Kphb to Kurnool at morning *.** that we showed reservation ticket number
She went and travelled kphb to mgbs in mgbs driver told all passengers to change the another bus ok there is no problem still now now in mgbs bus driver already my mother have phone and reservations ticket is ther but allowed in the because she is illiterate she don't know how to show reservation confirmed msg. She said to drive in this reservation confirmed message is there once you check are call to my children's mobile number she request but that driver irresponsible and rudly beahave to my mother driver told to mother we don't have time to call and without allowed my mother he moved bus to Kurnool. my mother travelled another bus again paid to ticket ***rs to mgbs to Kurnool. Imidiatly you have take action on the driver and pay the refund of reservation ticket
