I booked a auto ride which showed **rs as ride fare. But the driver didn't go as per the map. While reaching the location, he started to threaten me and asked me to pay ***rs. He started using bad words at me and threatened me. I reached out to Rapido Support and it's just a automated bot reply. Agent is not getting connected to me to explain things.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
