Hi
I scheduled a cab on **th June **** at * :** pm (approx) for **th June **** *:**am .
There were no details provided of the rider as it said the details will be provided **-** minutes before the scheduled time...
I waited and waited for the driver details till *:**am and as there for no hope of getting the details cancelled it.
My family had their bus to Hemkund Sahib at *am the same day and due to the company's (Ola) mistake /poor service ,my family missed the bus and we wasted our advance money given to them (**** INR).
It is a big amount for me and I definitely need a compensation for the same.
And I want the company to monitor the services they are giving as it has done serious damage to the emotions and capita of my family.
I called their customer support and they kept me in a long ** minutes queue for the first time and when I again redialled they answered and after listening to my query they put my call on hold (automated voice stating will connect you to an executive)
Please help on this ASAP
