Our guest visited from gurgaon to jaipur, total bill comes to **** but driver took additional cash **** for additional toll tax, when asked to give evidence he paid he don't have any answer.
The driver was like goon and threatened if not paid he will not leave.
Ola service is really pathetic, no customer support in mid of the journey, also you can't connect anyone after end of trip, it's just like a robot app.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
