I booked an Ola this afternoon and upon contacting driver he disconnected the calls for some time and then he called back asking if it is a cash trip or online payment. On telling him its an online payment he asked me to cancel the trip and i refused to do so. He came to my location, parked in front of me and refused to open the car door and told me to go away. He started his trip and waited and then cancelled the trip indicating the company i never contacted or showed up for the cab. And hence charging me a cancellation fees.
