Hey, I had a ride with Ola on **.**.**, CRN ********** from Prime Sedan by Inder Singh (driver). Total amount has been paid through Ola Postpaid and I have paid cash(***) to him as well because he wanted to pay for diesal as he didn't have any. Ticket was also raised, dropped multiple emails to them but Ola didn't help me yet. Same thing happened earlier as well. Now, Ola is asking me to pay my dues for same amount which I shouldn't and apply the late fees on it on the same. I just want my refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
