I need help refunding a double deduction.

I had taken one ride on march **, during which i tried online payment of Rs *** with UPI (which failed) and then Credit card (which was success)
*. UPI -> debited from my account but failed at OLA. Screenshot attached

Additionally, I paid ** rs as cash to the driver.
I've raised this multiple times both OLA and ICICI support, So far no resolution.
Timeline :
*. I called the OLA support team on March **th, and in the call they said a refund will be provided in *-* days.
*. No refund in my account after **th,
*. I Contacted OLA support, they mention the amount has not been received in their account, suggested me to contact bank
*. I contacted bank, they raised a request at their end,
*. **th April, i recieve update from bank that amount has been credited in OLA bank account.

I have contacted ICICI bank, they have confirmed that amount has been credited into OLA account. Screenshot attached.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
