Vikrant filed complaint against Ola on Oct 27, 2021
Ola taxi driver instated that I pay him directly and did not let me go unless I transferred cash to him directly. I was forced to pay him and when I raise a complaint with ola they are also forcing me to pay the bill online saying they cannot verify even though all details are clear. I made a UPI transaction with driver and asked for refund online but they are refusing to do so.
Please check attached documents regarding all transactions and the reply from support.
