Yatra Booking Reference No. YH******* booked for Andaman, however, got a call from their employee Ifthekhar Alam (M. **********) that due to corona they shut all the local sites and we have to stay only in hotel as there is no option for sight seen.
furthermore, I asked to cancel the plan and return the amount, however, due to the same got a loss of Rs. *****/- for flight cancellation as same had been done by me, then he (Ifthekhar Alam) said that there are some cancellation charges in that and if you want a credit note than same will be available ***%.
In-addition, I tried to book a package for Singapore, with the new tarrif (**,***/-) I said to use the credit note for booking, i.e. **,***/- but now there one ridiculous employee, sarishti said to make remaining payment of Rs. *,***/- also.
Additionally, how can I believe them if they are not proceed with the said amount at least for flight booking.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
