MakeMyTrip did not inform me about the change in arrival time and as a result, I had to miss my connecting flight and get a new flight ticket for an additional cost of INR *****/-
After a month, MakeMyTrip is not interested in resolving the case and just dragging it needlessly. The aim seems to be that I should forget my case and MakeMyTrip can escape its responsibility.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
