Abhinav Chhabra filed complaint against Paytm on May 15, 2018
i booked * bus tickets online via paytm mobile application. i dealt with the following issues:
*.the departure timings of the bus were * pm, and the following text was received from paytm
"dear *******,
your bus booking is confirmed. please show this mticket at the time of boarding.
nainital to delhi

kindly note: the reporting time for the bus was *:** pm, accordingly we reached the boarding point timely. the bus reached the pre decided bus stop @ around *:** pm, regarding this delay of * hour ** minutes there was no prior intimation from paytm or the vendors end. also, it was heavily raining in nainital at that time, no prior arrangements were made when there was a delay and we had to bear the weather conditions by ourselves.
*. there was no bus number provided to us either by paytm or by the bus vendor. we we're informed our bus number @ *:** pm. when we called the vendor, he was not sure about the bus number either. so we had to chase all the buses till we found ours which arrived at *:** pm.
*. it is of utmost importance that a travel agent must ensure the security of women passenger on board, whereas in this case the bus driver and conductor of the bus were frequently stopping the bus at undecided stops and letting drunk people on board for petty money. on complaining no action was taken by the bus driver or the conductor, hence we called the paytm helpline number but no action was taken by them either and the response was "the vendor is not picking our call". which is why we had to bear the unwanted harassment and circumstances.
*. all the facilities mentioned on the paytm mobile application before booking the bus ticket were not provided, the bus was, not having ac since the ac vents were broken & the push back seats were not working. in addition to that the roof of the bus was continuously dripping water droplets all the time. to substantiate the above i am attaching a few pictures of the bus interior.
*. the sequence of the seat was different from what was provided to us in the text message in point *. the number provided to us was **, **, **, ** whereas the seats chosen in the application were **, **, **, ** as given in the text received from paytm.
*. in the text received from paytm, it was said that the bus will arrive at old nainital bus stand whereas it arrived at new nainital bus stand.
i have attached one photographic evidence but i have more photographs also to substantiate my claim. but only one attachment was possible to i attached one. i can mail others.
