I have GTPL broad band connection. When I have renewed connection, immediately after renew on ** th May **** connection doesn't work for * days. Recently I face the problem of continous connect and disconnect of the service for last *-* days. I have complained in their "support" option. Once i complain, they send the sms that service request is resolved. but problem persist. on their webpage if i complain the page error appears without any complain regerstered.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
