Amazon India - Discount not received on Amazon Fresh order

I placed an order on Amazon Fresh on **th Oct **** for **** rupees using my axis credit card. Order no. ORDER # ***-*******-*******
as per offer running at that time, I was supposed to receive **% instant discount which I did not get. I called the Amazon customer care and was told that I will receive the discount as some issue is going on at the moment. I raised complaint ID V********* on **th Oct and i was promised to receive the amount by **th Oct but no response received. When I checked again on *st Nov****, I am told that I am not eligible
