Clear Trip - discount coupon not applied at the time of payment

I have booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Ayodhya (Trip Id ************) from clear trip application.
In the application there was discount offer of Rs **** using SBIEMI coupon code.
The cost of total ticket was Rs *****, I applied the coupon SBIEMI and it shows me Rs **** discount applied with total amount to be paid as Rs *****. But at the time payment Rs ***** deducted.

I called customer care and shared the screenshot of the same also. They told me that case has been registered and sent to technical team.Noe I am following with them since last one week but still no resolution provided.
They replied me that I have applied THALA** code because of which discount couId not be applied but I never applied THALA** which can be clearly seen in the screenshot.
