Airtel has agreed in January **** when by bill was more and i wanted disconnection they have agreed for bill amount around Rs.***.** +GST and since then i was receiving total bill around Rs.***.** but suddenly without intimation they have send me bill of Rs.***.** in April **** so on **.**.**** i have send mail to disconnect same but inspited of Nodal officer mail Dated **.**.**** that phone will be disconnected till date i am getting bill for the telephone which i am not using .
