Geeta Jagasia filed complaint against Hathaway Broad band on Mar 27, 2020
I had taken Internet connection from Hathway more than a year back. On changing to monthly scheme they have been very frequently i.e. weekend and even during the week disconnecting my connection. On making timely payment still they are not even extending the period though assured by their representative:. I've given below complaint number of times but they're neither restoring nor taking their peripherals:
"I'd made payment & was given ** days extension till **th March, **** but unfortunately you have disconnected my services on *rd March ****. Till date inspite of many reminders to customer care it has not been restored. Since my connection is disconnected & you are not ready to connect, I request you to please take your modem and other peripherals so I can take other connection."
I've received email confirmation of extension which was not given.
