I had an extraordinarily unprofessional experience with Wooden street. After taking payment the team has simply disappeared. I placed an order for a pair of custom beds on woodenstreet.com on ** Apr. Paid over Rs. **K for them. Then they send me an order details form and ask me to confirm my custom requirements. I find errors and ask them to correct. They say they will and I have not heard from them for * weeks despite attempts to contact them directly. No response from their leadership either.
