Sir my Name is Aswin kumar from theni I have ordered Dji Wireless mic on Flipkart dec-**-**** instead of that product i received mi trimmer Second time - i recieved *** camera I have uploaded photos and i have proper unboxing video and delivery person also know there is an problem with the product Flipkart has arranged return they picked up the product from myself and they didn't mentioned on Flipkart after * days they returned the same product to me I filed a complaint Still now it's processing After that I had ordered firebolt ninja watch(via open box delivery) product is good but there is a major issue with the product the watch is not connecting via Bluetooth i raised a complaint and i raised a return after * days my account has been blocked I got an mail - due to higher amount of return my account has been blocked (I returned the product because there is an valid reason for every product since **** i am purchasing from Flipkart)I raised the complaint via phone call they told me wait - it almost *months there is no response from Flipkart account number also removed , my call has not picked by customer service and they blocked my account i am suffering lot mentally because itis highly valuable till now there is no response ,they send only message via mail only they replied vai only Gmail ( due to higher amount of return my account has been blocked)- computerized mail but they didn't respond for product return I have proper unboxing video,voice records ,mail everything
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
