Flipkart - Different product delivered

Myself Rahul Kumar regular customer of flipkart since **** and purchasing all small and big things regularly from Flipkart.Recently I had ordered * items from Flipkart whose order I'd is and whose transaction ID is********** through icici credit card on date **-**-**** ..all the four item was same as I had ordered bt one item whose cost was ***** is different in model bt of same company and brand so I had complaint to flipkartsupport team several times to resolve my issue but they not resolved my issues and also blocked my account ..I had complaint so many times against flipkart on twitter facebook Instagram and even through consumer online protocal also
I have complaint against seller in consumer court whose dockate number is *******
OD****************** i have received another product of titan raga watch..insted of refund ur replace ..the seller had rejected my refund,I am unable to cancel or replace my order

This is false blame on me and blocked my account and also not refund my amount

I request you to flipkart team that if they don't want to unblock my account that oki bt kindly initiate my refund of ***** this I'll be my last shopping from Flipkart
