I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy S** Plus black handset and paid Rs.**,***/- on **/**/****. The company delivered the handset on **/**/****. After delivery, I noticed that the company delivered Samsung Galaxy S* Plus black handset instead of S** plus black. I contact the company through phone and send mail with the grievance number (Email id-resolution-in@amazon.in, jess@amazon.com, cs-reply@amazon.in). They told me to call back on **/**/**** through the mail. But when I contact the company through phone they suggest to me wait for *-* working days. They do not provide any positive confirmation. So I want to send grievance. Now I want a refund. Even the company delivered an unsealed product. The shipped box was not covered properly. They said to me to contact the customer service and the problem will solve. I want the product to be returned and the amount to be refunded as soon as possible.
