Order no; ********* and order date ** August ****. I directly ordered from puma official store. Product name: retro reporter bag. I received the product after * days but I received different product so I immediately contacted them after * days they informed me to we will arrange reverse pickup so I told them to kindly inform your pickup agent because he can reject the product at the time of pickup due to wrong product so they ( puma ) assured me not happened like that and your product surely picked but when the pickup boy come but he rejected so I ashamed by pickup agent. So I again contacted puma so they informed the product was picked next day so again the pickup boy come next day but he again rejected my pickup so I again get frustrations and ashamed by Courier boy. Courier boy told me your merchant did not tell anything about the wrong product information so we won't pickup. So I again multiple times contacted puma but there is no responsibility. So I complained registered in national consumer helpline and after ** days I received callback from ecom express courier for return pickup so I given the product and picked by ecom express. Now the problem was before arranged courier was delhivery courier but now arranged courier was ecom express courier but puma support nog ask me any permission or not give me any information about that. How they pick the product without any informing to me?? Also they changed courier also. Also nowadays all couriers don't give pickup slip due to covid-** so they saying you will receive pickup sms but I not received pickup SMS also. Now product amount also still not refunded and I now contacted them why you not informed me the courier change and pickup information but puma side there is no response. Now I get too much frustrations and mental taruma. All call records was available.
