I ordered Two Turion Cervical Pillow Spondylosis Neck & Back Pain Support - Universal For Senior Citizen Men Women and paid RS *** online using my credit card. I received no SMS alert and call. The item was required to be delivered before **:** AM as an option given on home address. When I came home, it was delivered and the item was one cheap broken whiteboard instead of two ordered pillows.
When tried to return it shows this item cannot be returned. When called on customer care automated voice says no item ordered against your phone number.
Hell, this is ridiculous, they cheat you this way when you pay them in advance. There must be a third-party system that should pay them only after customer satisfaction.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
