I ordered for * iba halal attar and paid rs.*** by card on **th may, **** with order id- NYK-********-*******. Today i got notification along with invoice on whatsapp and on text that the product has been delivered despite the fact that i haven't received it yet. I even called the customer care for it they said to wait for another * days. Deeply disappointed with the service of nykaa.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
