This is concerning the order I made with snapdeal for a PHONETRONIC Brown Flip Cover For Samsung J* NXT. Because of the variation in size of the phone cover, I asked for a refund for the product, and one of their advisors named Rehmat Ali said that after the pickup, our team will revert to you within **- ** hours for the refund.
And instead of the refund, I got a call from a delivery guy saying there's a parcel for you and I got the same order back, I told him that I haven't ordered it and instead, I asked for a refund, he said ma'am I have no idea about it, it's my job to just give you this parcel and you need to take this. I took the order, and again I reached out to their customer service, there I was told that they cannot process any further requests on my order as it has been replaced. I tried calling their helpline number multiple times but no one is responding, i even wrote a mail and in response they said, now your order can't be refunded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
