Hello,
I ordered from the kfc on Zomato app, my money got debited but payment failed at gateway and order could not placed. I was emailing them from past few days but they are not responding to my emails or initiating the refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
