I tried to book a train ticket from the MakeMyTrip website on December **, ****. I made the payment via Upi, but due to some issues, the booking failed.
I waited for * days for the amount to be reflected in my account. Then I tried several times to contact the customer support team, but it didn't work. Their website doesn't even show my failed ticket, so I can raise a ticket against it.
I am stuck here and tired of sending emails and calling the helpline number.
Please do the needful. I don't know the booking ID as it is not there on the website. My only proof is my bank statement showing the payment made to MakeMyTrip.
