I have ordered Mango Women Black Skinny fit solid formal trousers on **th October, ****. The order has been delivered on **th October,**** ;as the product sized did not fit so I processed a return which was picked up on ** th October,**** after repeated calls to Myntra because of the negligence of the logistics pickup partner. After that I shared my bank details to Myntra for the refund which was never process till today. Every time I call them for the refund they ask me to wait for **-** hours but still there is no refund. I can’t contact them as they have barred the incoming facility and whenever I request a call back they repeat the same thing.
As you can understand I am a student and it’s a hard earned money of my parents so it’s been very difficult for me as I can’t even speak with Myntra customer care and they just keep repeating the same thing to wait for **-** hours.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)

Myntra Delivery boy didn’t come up for exchange product delivery rather it just shows exchange on hold as tag is missing from the product but tag is still present on the product.
