I have booked Malaysia airlines from Melbourne to Hyderabad on March **th **** for amount ***** through phone call, after *-* hours of booking I got to know through some sort of Indian media channel that Malaysia government has cancelled all airlines passing from Malaysia and these MAKEMYTRIP staff has didn't informed me that airlines is cancelled I tried contact them around several times but these people hasn't responded me so I booked another flight through MakeMyTrip via Bangkok on Thai Airways with amount of ***** with booking ID of NN************* and landed in Hyderabad on March ** then after I have tried contacting each and every day to MakeMyTrip they have not responded for me, even the MALAYSIAN AIRLINES didn't react for my refund and not even informed me that Malaysian Airlines is cancelled I'm not the one who went through it there are lot of customers who have faced the same you can check it on comments of PLAY STORE, INSTAGRAM and INSTAGRAM page of MAKEMYTRIP And MALAYSIAN AIRLINES later the central government of India has announced that domestic flights will be running from **th of may these people still hasn't contacted me I wish I could get a justice.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
