Before returning the product I contacted customer care, they told that I would be getting Rs **,*** to my card and Rs ***** to apay. Now my concern is with a
apay. They have refunded **** and **** is pending. When contacted them they are saying that the **** was a promotion and cannot refund. They are informing about this after returning the product. Even though I got a mail regarding refund they are twisting their words. Not even responding properly. They are just disconnecting the call without proper resolution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
